Zutano Avocado Tree

Persea americana 'Zutano'

$102.00

Very similar to Fuerte, the ‘Zutano’ Avocado Tree produces green thin skinned avocado fruits. If you’re not a fan of the typical avocado, the mild low-oil flavor of Zutano might be right for you. Prized as making a good companion tree to Type-A avocado Trees. This tree can be 35′ at maturity or pruned to work with your landscape. Perfect way to add edible plants to your landscape!

Zutano is a Mexican variety that was developed in Fallbrook, CA in 1926. Popular in California’s San Juaquin Valley, where winters get too cold for Hass.
